Our Story
Long before there was a brand, there was flour on the counter and someone teaching me how to actually bake. That's the foundation everything here is built on.
Then came the plot twist: a celiac diagnosis in 2023.
I started searching for gluten-free versions of the foods I loved and found a lot of products trying to be everything at once: gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, vegan and, occasionally, joy-free.
So my mom and I went back to the kitchen and made it ourselves.
We created the waffle we couldn’t find: golden, fluffy and made with thoughtfully chosen ingredients. No seed oils. No strange compromises. Nothing that tastes like it came from the “good enough” section of the freezer aisle.
Just a genuinely delicious waffle that happens to be gluten-free.
